I studied classical music at Colchester Institute in the early 2000s and since then have worked across almost every area of the classical music industry, from performing and conducting to managing and consulting for a wide range of organisations and companies.
Over the past 20 years, my work has included major cultural projects such as contributing to the regeneration of East London in the run-up to the 2012 Olympic Games, and managing large-scale productions including a national woodwind event that brought together thousands of delegates from across the UK. I have overseen hundreds of projects, collaborating with leading musicians across disciplines, and commissioning more than 400 new works and arrangements from leading contemporary composers.
Internationally, my recording work in Czechia, noably with the Czech Philharmonic, has developed into long-term partnerships and contracts, including with Sony Classical. This was recognised in 2023 by the Czech Centre in London. In 2023, I became a director of MASTERTRACK, an audio production and label specialising in orchestral masters, delivering world-class recording and mastering for a diverse client base.
Alongside this, I have always embraced audio and visual media as an extension of my work as a musician, something that has expanded significantly in recent years.
In 2025, I was appointed Chair of BASBWE (British Association of Symphonic Bands and Wind Ensembles), where I continue to support and advocate for the development of wind orchestra repertoire, performance, and education across the UK.
