Filming Session at Chichester Cathedral.

I will be filming a recording session at Chichester Cathedral in October 2023. The recording session is with my friend and colleague Christopher Hussey.

The beautiful Gothic building has a fine choral tradition and is where Gustav Holst is interred. We will be recording Songs from the Temple (2022) by Chris with a professional choir arranged for the session along with organist of the cathedral, Charles Harrison.

The pipe organ contains pipework by many famous English builders, including Renatus Harris, George Pike England and the Hill family.

This recording session follows on from an ongoing collaboration with Chichester Cathedral, when Chris was a featured composer for a BBC Choral Evensong in July 2023.

It’s great to be bringing together many of my passions and skills in one place once again!
